Shipping Policy

Unless using a free shipping code or selecting in store pick up (for locals).  The customer is responsible for shipping fees, which are very fair!  We charge the exact amount charged to us by the carrier...no packaging or handling fees hidden in there.  We do try very hard to ship out same day!!!  If purchase is made after 2pm, it will not go out in most cases until the next business day.  If purchased after 2pm on Friday, it will most likely not go out until Monday.   This does not include Tanner Mark Boots which should ship within 7 days.

You should receive an auto-generated email from stamps.com with your tracking number (if USPS is your shipping method). Not seeing that???  Just give us a shout :) We will get your info to you right away!

To exchange or receive store credit, items must be returned within 10 business days from the date your items are delivered. Items must be returned in *original, unworn condition within 10 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

*Original condition means: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed and with all original tags attached, free from smoke and other odors.
